The North West Company (NWC) is seeking a Pharmacist Manager for our Northern Pharmacy location in Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan. Lead a growing pharmacy serving the local community

Flexible 3-month contract or relief opportunity
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional pharmacy services and patient-centered care

Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and standards

Manage daily pharmacy operations and workflow

Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy team members
-
Deliver medication counselling and clinical services
-
Maintain regulatory, professional, and confidentiality standards
-
Collaborate with healthcare providers, nursing stations, and community partners
-
Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the community
-
Support business growth while maintaining exceptional patient care
Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or PharmD
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
-
Strong communication and patient care skills
-
Ability to work independently in a community-focused environment
-
Previous management experience is an asset
-
Experience with Kroll is an asset
-
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
