Your Role:
- Conduct data analysis using appropriate tools and methods to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support business initiatives and strategic planning.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), comparing results against targets, benchmarks, and historical trends.
- Perform deeper analyses of sales and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
- Support business case development, project documentation, and presentations.
- Assist in defining performance metrics and improving reporting processes and data quality.
- Research market and competitive trends to support planning activities.
- Respond to data requests from departments across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support evaluation of new initiatives and programs using data-driven insights.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and statistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business domains.
