Are you an experienced retail leader looking for an exciting and rewarding career? The North West Company is hiring Store Managers and Department Managers to lead our teams in remote communities across Northern Canada.

What We’re Looking For:

Looking for:  1–2 years of experience managing an entity (store, business unit, or department)
Looking for: 1–2 years of experience managing a team of at least 3- 5 people
✅ Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
✅ Willingness to relocate to a remote northern community
