Your Role:

• Supervise the Staging / Warehouse 5 Replenishment / Warehouse 12 team in their daily duties
• Supervise the Processing / allocation team in their daily duties
• Supervise the GT Fashion team / Picking and Pricing teams in their daily duties
• Ensure standard operating procedures are being followed
• Use positive and corrective follow-up with staff members
• Conduct Performace Improvement when necessary
• Supervise the preparation and tagging of orders for distribution to stores
• Ensure Outbound schedule is followed and timelines are met for the trailers
• Ensure warehouse 5 items are replenished and put-away
• Supervise the processing of warehouse 7 and warehouse 5 purchase orders
• supervise the Picking of Basics allocation
• Organize holding areas inside and outside the warehouse
• Supervise the Delivery and staging of orders in designated areas
• supervise the Manifesting and staging of orders
• supervise the Picking and staging of orders from warehouse 12
• Assist the manager when required
• Assist the GM team in other areas when required;
• Maintain a safe and clean work area;
• Administrative duties and other duties as assigned
• Able to interact and work aside other departments to ensure al teams are successful.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous distribution experience at The North West Company’s WLSC (Winnipeg Logistics Service Center) or CMF (Crescent Multi Foods) is required.
• Previous warehouse experience including picking, shipping and receiving; previous leadership experience an asset.  -Knowledge of Dangerous Goods an asset.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently to complete responsibilities and consistently meet production requirements;
• Strong attention to detail and able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently;
• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks as required;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to delegate tasks and follow up on completion.
• Must be adaptable in an ever changing work environment.
• Computer skills and experience is an asset.

Location:  Winnipeg Logistics Services Centre, 100 Murray Park Road, Winnipeg, MB.
