Your Role:
- Assist with print, copy, and document production requests.
- Process instructions accurately for printing.
- Operate digital printers, copiers, laminators, binding machines, cutters, and other print shop equipment.
- Monitor print quality ensure finished products meet department and customer specifications.
- Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, folding, trimming, and packaging.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities (very, very important)
- Ability to work on multiple projects, tasks and assignments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in a print shop, copy centre, sign shop, or related environment.
- Knowledge of digital printing processes and print finishing techniques
- Experience working with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
- Familiarity with large-format printing and graphic production.
