In your role as a Senior Manager, Financial Systems, Security & Automation , you will manage the design, implementation, and optimization of financial systems and processes, partnering with Finance and IS to define and coordinate scope of work while supporting financial operations, data integrity, internal controls, and security within financial systems.

Your Role:
- Manage vendor selection, due diligence, and implementation activities, partnering with the business to understand requirements and develop effective financial system solutions and processes.
- Oversee solution design, system configuration, process documentation, and testing, while managing project scope, risks, timelines, and collaboration across Finance, IS, and other functional teams.
- Drive successful adoption of new financial systems and processes through end-user training and support, while representing Finance on cross-functional systems projects and initiatives.
- Partner with functional Controllers to define business and financial requirements, establish system goals, and identify and resolve system issues while ensuring alignment with existing applications.
- Research new system features and industry best practices, assessing opportunities to enhance functionality, configuration, and integration across the financial systems environment.
- Ensure transaction security, effective internal controls, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention are incorporated into system design, processes, and operational data flows.
- Design and coordinate end-to-end testing for project initiatives, including test planning, test case evaluation, defect identification and replication, verification of fixes, and validation prior to production migration.
- Monitor the integrity and security of system access, data, and interfaces, ensuring appropriate authorization and access controls are maintained for all users.
- Respond to and troubleshoot system-related issues and interruptions affecting critical business processes and interfaces, coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues and restore functionality in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user procedure manuals, troubleshooting documentation, and System Administration Guides covering financial processing, system configurations, and the setup of new operations to support consistency and effective cross-training.
- Train Finance and cross-functional system users on financial systems and processes, incorporating relevant methods, trends, and technologies to support effective system adoption and ongoing development.
- Partner with Controllers and their teams to optimize PeopleSoft outputs and system capabilities, streamline financial processes, and improve efficiency within monthly workflows.
- Support operations staff and external auditors by providing data, process maps, and documentation, while monitoring workgroups for compliance with established methods, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Accelerate Finance productivity through automation by optimizing OCR, leveraging Rossum AI to improve data quality, and redesigning finance processes to reduce manual intervention where appropriate.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or CA) with a minimum of five years of related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of financial systems, preferably with experience in system administration role.
- Strong computer skills, including experience working with large-scale ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using report-writing and business intelligence tools, such as BI Publisher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, collaborate, exchange information, and resolve issues with individuals and groups.
- Proven experience training users on software applications and financial systems.
