In your role as the Central Forecast Coordinator at The North West Company (TNWC); you will support the supply chain transformation for the Next 100 internal initiative, including the development of store replenishment reporting and analysis, actioning of inventory strategies and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your Role:
Evaluate and analyze the accuracy of new Forecast & Replenishment tool outputs for stores.
Provide recommendations aligned with demand planning strategies and business requirements as outlined by the project team.
Analyze and improve internal process aligned to support the initiative goals working closely with the stakeholders.
Act as the liaison between the project team and replenishment planning team, escalating areas of risk to daily operations.
Work with replenishment SMEs, operations specialists, and IS to resolve systematic and data issues that may occur during the implementation of new F&R processes.
Evaluate and improve the existing decision making tools.
Collaborate with the Manager, Replenishment Planning to build reporting which supports individual and team KPI measurements.
Coordinate with IS as required.
Desired Skills & Abilities:
A BCom/Business Administration degree is preferred.
Prior experience in office, retail, or supply chain environments is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to manage work efficiently and effectively, along with proven organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An enterprising approach, with the ability to communicate opportunities in a positive and productive manner, is required.
A demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Access), is desired.
Strong knowledge of Excel is required.
Basic knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Python is considered an asset.
