Central Forecast Coordinator - Term

Your Role:
- Evaluate and analyze the accuracy of new Forecast & Replenishment tool outputs for stores.
- Provide recommendations aligned with demand planning strategies and business requirements as outlined by the project team.
- Analyze and improve internal process aligned to support the initiative goals working closely with the stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison between the project team and replenishment planning team, escalating areas of risk to daily operations.
- Work with replenishment SMEs, operations specialists, and IS to resolve systematic and data issues that may occur during the implementation of new F&R processes.
- Evaluate and improve the existing decision making tools.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Replenishment Planning to build reporting which supports individual and team KPI measurements.
- Coordinate with IS as required.
Desired Skills & Abilities:
- A BCom/Business Administration degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in office, retail, or supply chain environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to manage work efficiently and effectively, along with proven organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An enterprising approach, with the ability to communicate opportunities in a positive and productive manner, is required.
- A demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Access), is desired.
- Strong knowledge of Excel is required.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and Python is considered an asset.
